Shipping Made Easy (and Free!)

At WrinSkin, we're proud to offer free shipping on all orders. Your comfort matters, and that includes making delivery as smooth and simple as possible.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location. On average, orders arrive within standard time frames for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Please note that delivery may take longer during peak holidays or due to customs clearance, which can extend transit times outside of our control.

📦 New Zealand: 7–12 business days

📦 United States: 5–8 business days

📦 United Kingdom: 8–10 business days

📦 Canada: 7–12 business days

📦 Australia: 5–15 business days

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping details provided at checkout are correct and complete. If you notice an error, please contact us at ask@wrinskin.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make corrections, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made after this time. Orders with invalid addresses may be canceled if we cannot verify the details within three business days.

Delayed Delivery

We understand how important timely delivery is and strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to courier issues, severe weather, customs processing, or payment and address verification problems. While WrinSkin cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors, we will always do our best to keep you updated and assist where possible to resolve any issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed to the courier, it is no longer under our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at ask@wrinskin.com and we will do our best to help. We also recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim, as they may require additional details from you to complete the process. In certain situations, we may offer a replacement, though lost or stolen packages are not covered under our refund policy. If theft is suspected, we also suggest filing a police report.
