We believe in their effectiveness and recommend using them consistently for at least 2–3 weeks to experience the best results.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processing and cannot be adjusted.
If cancelled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Returns & Refund Options
We offer two return/refund options depending on your situation:
- Change of Mind Returns (Unopened Products Only)
- 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
1) Change of Mind Returns (Unopened Products Only)
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept change of mind returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
If you would like to return an unopened item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
How the change of mind return works:
- Email us at ask@wrinskin.com with your order number (or the name and email used at checkout).
- If approved, we'll provide return instructions and a return address.
- Return the unopened product using tracked shipping (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility).
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are not refundable.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after delivery to our returns address.
2) 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to feel confident trying WrinSkin. If you're not satisfied with your results, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery under our Money Back Guarantee.
To qualify for the Money Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- You must contact us at ask@wrinskin.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number (or the name and email used at checkout).
- The patches must have been used as directed for a minimum of 7 consecutive nights, unless you experience skin sensitivity or an adverse reaction.
- If you experience sensitivity, you must follow our support team's recommended guidance unless symptoms are severe.
- We may request a photo of the product as proof of purchase and usage (including remaining patches).
- This guarantee is limited to first-time customers and one claim per household.
Please note: Products that have been opened but not used are not eligible for the Money Back Guarantee and fall under our Change of Mind Returns (unopened products only) policy.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged: notify us within 72 hours of delivery at ask@wrinskin.com. Please attach clear photos of the damage so we can review your claim. If approved, your item will be replaced at no cost.
Please note: Cosmetic damage to packaging (like dents or scuffs) with the product intact does not qualify as a damaged item. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. For lost, stolen, or delayed packages, please contact the courier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and not corrected within 24 hours, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
