Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processing and cannot be adjusted.

To start a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email admin@alurehealth.com. Be sure to include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used at checkout so we can process your request quickly.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged: Notify us within 72 hours of delivery at admin@alurehealth.com. Please attach clear photos of the damage so we can review your claim. If approved, your item will be replaced at no cost. Please note: Cosmetic damage to packaging (like dents or scuffs) with the product intact does not qualify as a damaged item.We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. For lost, stolen, or delayed packages, please contact the courier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and not corrected within 24 hours, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
